The section provides opportunity of direct dialogue between the citizens and representatives of the regional and local authorities.
Any citizen is allowed to ask a question, state a wish, leave the complaint addressed to the official of any level. Within two weeks he/she will necessarily receive the answer.
Thus, the main purpose of e-government, i.e. organization of the personalized interaction between the citizens and authorities, is a full-scale implemented feature in the section.
The section provides citizens with:
